Ryan is a co-founder of Ride Free and the man behind the scenes. Ryan started his career as a producer & quickly found his niche building the systems & processes that allow a good production to run smoothly. Today, he has made it his focus to create structure in the world of creativity. If you want to know how we are able to implement some of the cool things we do, Ryan is the answer.

Martin Jacobsen

Martin is a born and bred creative & an absolute blast to have around the office. He is an internationally experienced director that thrives on finding creative ways of telling authentic human stories. Martin has over 10 years of experience directing large productions in Australia, UK and Europe. He is responsible for the creative output of Ride Free & is working with the production team to make every project better than the last.

Timmy, Jr Tim, JT… every week he has a new nickname, but the one constant is his energy & the positive vibes he brings to the office! Timmy works closely with our clients to help them achieve their marketing goals. He has a captivating personality & prides himself on setting a high standard for customer service.

Meet Lexi, one of our video editing superstars. Lexi’s love for the film industry kicked off at a young age, starting her journey working in cinemas before launching her career in editing and producing across Channel 9, A Current affair, and NBN news.  Thanks to her musical background, Lexi has a unique skill for finding the perfect pace and rhythm in every edit, making her a creative powerhouse in the editing room.
